This food service agreement is made effective for Envision Scott's Made in Scott, Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Scott Event Center.
Parking and setup on Saturday will be between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM. All food trucks must be parked NO LATER than 9:30 AM on Saturday, October 17 and ready to serve at 10:00 AM. Food truck parking will be in a designated area chosen by the event organizers. In advance, you will receive a map showing where vendors will be set up.
You must have your food truck/vendor licenses and permits posted and visible. You are responsible for paying your parish and state sales tax.
Food trucks and vendors agree to hold the Made in Scott organizers, Envision Scott, and the City of Scott harmless from all claims, losses, and expenses.
If performance of this agreement or any obligation under it is prevented, restricted, or interfered with by causes beyond either party's reasonable control, the party unable to carry out its obligations will give prompt notice to the other.
